Here are a few selections from my kitchen......

Pasta w/ tofu veggie mix and fresh bread

Lentils, veggie omelet and balsamic peaches
(it looks like there is a ton of salt on the lentils but I only added pepper and olive oil at the end of cooking)

Grilled Tofu Strawberry Walnut Salad

Avocado, melted swiss cheese and basil open-faced thin

Heavenly Sweet Potatoes
(tossed with cinnamon and almonds)
