Semi-Homemade Tofu Soup

Need a quick, warm and comforting soup?
I like to call this my semi-homemade soup that requires a few added ingredients in order to bump up the nutrition and protein. Enjoy!

Semi Homemade Tofu Soup
1 can of your favorite low sodium tomato-based soup or vegetable-based soup (ex. tomato basil, tomato Parmesan, etc.)
1 cup water
1 cup firm tofu cubed
1 cup broccoli
1 pinto beans
1 tbsp fresh basil (or a few dashes of basil)
1 clove garlic (chopped)

1. Add all ingredients together in large pot. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10-12 min or until broccoli is soft.
