If you eat healthy most of the time, you don't have to worry about the rest of the time.

Grilled Bok Choy

Grilled Bok Choy
4 cups chopped Bok Choy (it'll shrink)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Warm olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add garlic.
2. When garlic starts to turn golden brown, remove from skillet.
3. Add Bok choy and cook until edges turn brown/black.
4. Add garlic and toss for 1 minute.

-For the wrap I used a Flat out wrap and made a tuna and bean wrap for Karel and tofu, bean and rice wrap for me.
