Sweet Potato w/ walnuts, raisins and cinnamon served with tofu (cooked in olive oil) and topped with feta cheese

Scrambled eggs w/ tomato, chives, spinach, corn, mushrooms and garlic. Served with vegetarian baked beans, quinoa and fresh "outback-style" bread (topped with marinara sauce)
