Green beans, Soo Foo blend and your choice of protein
Green beens
-Steam green beans
Soo Food blend
-Measure 1/4 cup (serving size) per person and add water
(recipe calls for 2:1 ratio of water to Soo Foo so adjust accordingly)
1) Bring to a boil. Stir and cover.
2) Reduce heat and simmer and cook for 45-50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
(1 cup serves Soo Foo serves 4 to 6 people)
Tofu, veggie crumble, mushroom, onion, garlic stir fry
1. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to pan. Heat to medium heat.
2. Add sliced onion, cubed firm tofu, mushrooms, chopped garlic and veggie crumbles to pan.
3. Cook for 10-15 min or until lightly brown.
OR
Fish
1. Cook fish to your liking :)
(you can add tofu stir fry to fish)
